Hello, everyone! Everybody loves to pamper their skin. But no matter how much we take care of the skin, we tend to have various skin problems. Forget about the other health complications, here I am talking about the common and silly things we do on a daily basis which affects our skin badly.
10 MISTAKES YOU DO WITH THE SKIN:
The worst part is many people are not aware of the mistakes. Today I am explaining 10 mistakes that generally people do with the skin.
1.popping the pimples:
Popping the acne or pimples cause scars and inflamed tissue which lead to a worse situation. This happens because while picking at acne you are breaking the skin and putting dirt and oil to the open skin.
2.Touching your face throughout the day:
Everyone tends to touch the face unknowingly several times daily. Nobody washes their hands before touching the face. This habit adds bacteria, fungus, dirt, oil to the skin which cause various skin irritations. So be careful about it and try to avoid touching your face regularly.

Whether you have oily or dry skin, you have to apply moisturizer on face and neck daily. Some people with oily skin think that they do not need to apply moisturizer separately because their skin is too much oily. But hydration is the key factor which affects the skin texture. Oil on the outer surface of the skin does not provide hydration to the inner surface. So applying moisturizer daily is very much necessary. Otherwise, wrinkles, dead skin, skin irritations, itching, etc will affect your skin badly.
4.Not patting dry the face:
It is a very common mistake usually people do.You should pat the skin dry rather than rub after you have washed. Rubbing the skin leads to breaking the skin, dark spot formation, rashes, etc.
5.Forget to wash your hands before washing the face:
If you do not wash your hands before washing the face then you are doing the worst mistake. The dirt, bacteria will come directly in contact with your skin which can affect your skin texture. This could be the main reason of pimples/acne, redness, swelling, etc.

6.Not taking care of neck:
Sometimes we forget to take care of neck as our main focus is on the face. But not taking care of neck leads to wrinkles, fine lines, pigmentation, etc. If you have a flawless skin on your face but fine lines on the neck, then one can easily guess your age. The skin of the neck is very sensitive so make sure to hydrate and exfoliate it often.
Pillowcases collect dead skin that falls off during our sleep, leading to a buildup of bacteria and toxins from the secretion of skin-mites that eat that dead skin.It not only clogs your pores but also gives you bumpy skin. So change your pillowcases every few days.
8.Talking on the phone:
Phone screen contains bacteria and fungus which can create breakouts along the jawline. So clean your phone with antifungal/antibacterial wipes regularly.

9.Forgetting to apply sunscreen:
In my several earlier posts, I have mentioned it, again and again, to use SPF daily. Every day you should use sunscreen all over your body. Just applying sunscreen on your face is not enough. People who do not use sunscreen daily suffer from pigmentation, dark spots, wrinkles, fine lines, dry and patchy skin.
10.Going to sleep without washing your face:
This common blunder leads to various skin diseases. The oil/makeup residues/dirt on your face can block your pores and lead to breakouts. It also disrupts cell turnover, which can leave skin looking dull. So wash your face daily before going to bed.
These are some of the mistakes that I have described above. So make sure to follow them to get a flawless and healthy skin.
